Torget Bistro, on the City Square in the centre of Fauske, is the obvious venue to meet and linger. In fact, "torget" means "the city square" in Norwegian. Torget Bistro is open daily from early morning until late evening.

Freshly made bakery items and coffee drinks are served all day. From late morning until closing we serve hot and cold small dishes and from early aftemoon complete dinner with well-known and beloved regional dishes as well as your favorite continental fare. Outside patio service during the summer months.
