We strive to prepare exciting dishes sourced from traditional food of and in the Norwegian Arctic. While the ingredients are readily ascertainable, they are prepared with a special touch and finish.

 

We strive to use local food vendors close to our area. Developed over several hundred years, we strive to present the best of Northem Norway's culinary traditions in a dignified and respectful manner.
